Hey, my name is Stephen Bradian, and over the past 25 years I've onboarded 1000's of new clients for some of the biggest law firms in the country.

The first 6-12 hours are crucial, this is when firms often win or lose clients. The fact is, there's lots of noise and distractions in the competitive space for new clients. Hospital and UrgentCare employees illegally sell clients personal information, every potential client has relatives pushing them to "their" attorney, daytime TV is full of attorney advertisements, most importantly potential clients often call multiple attorneys and sign up with whoever gets there first.

What types of services do you offer?
We offer the following services: (1) In person client sign-up (2) Photographs of clients scars or accident sites and liability (3) Measurements & diagram of defects for court proceedings
What is your service area?
Our service area covers: the entire Bronx, Manhattan from 86th st and above and Westchester County up to route 287, which is also known as the Cross Westchester Expressway.
Do you sign up clients outside of your service area?
It depends on our schedule. There may be an additional fee for going outside of our coverage area.
What are your fee's and billing terms?
Client sign-up: $250. I do not charge any additional fee for same-day service.
Photographs: $250. Photographs are delivered digitally.
Measurements & Diagram: $250 includes digital photographs.
Billing terms: We invoice each job separately. We accept checks from attorney disbursement accounts or payment with a card.
We can provide monthly statements for firms which are established with us.
Should we schedule the sign-up appointment?
If you schedule the appointment, it may or may not conflict with our previously scheduled appointments. It's always a best practice to allow us to make the appointment. If we do accept an appointment made by your firm, it would still require that I speak to the new client prior to arrival. I have a proven system that is highly effective, so I generally prefer scheduling the appointment.
